Chiropractic Care: Hands-on adjusting utilizing a combination of prone-specific, diversified, and zone techniques to get lasting results specific to each patient's individual needs.
Prone Adjusting: For those who may be timid or hesitant to jump into the more forceful adjusting commonly seen on your social media feed, we have an approach just for you. Prone-specific adjustments allow the body to receive proper neurological stimulation without twisting and popping. This yields the same healing results as an adjustment that utilizes more pressure.
Diversified Adjusting: A hands-on adjustment technique commonly used to remove interference that inhibits proper function and range of motion throughout the body.
Zone Technique: Dr. Kucera is one of ten actively practicing zone-certified practitioners in Nebraska. This technique is used to balance all 6 systems of the body (Glandular, Eliminative, Nervous System, Digestive, Muscular, and Circulatory) to ensure every cell is functioning perfectly. It combines the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of a person's health.
Extremity Adjusting: Chiropractic care isn't limited to the spine. Common conditions in the shoulder, elbow, wrists, knees, and ankles can be alleviated with adjusting and proper exercise recommendations. Wanting to avoid a possible surgery? See if chiropractic care may benefit you.
Acupuncture

Acupuncture

Traditional - The Chinese definition of healthy is when "all parts of the body are functioning normally." All 400 trillion parts! Traditional acupuncture is a 5000-year-old Chinese system of natural healing that uses no drugs or surgery. By properly balancing the meridians on the body, normal function can return and the body gets back to its homeostatic state.

Needle-less: While traditional acupuncture utilizes needles, did you know that there is another method that is just as effective? Needle-less acupuncture is the stimulation of acupuncture points utilizing a tei-shin or pointer plus. Our office commonly utilizes auricular points to balance the body in the same way as traditional acupuncture but needle-free!

Digital X-Ray: Just like when a dentist takes pictures of your teeth to check for underlying issues, x-rays of the spine help to rule in or out root causes allowing for the most accurate treatment recommendations. To see is to know, and we won't guess when it comes to your health.
